I take my vehicles, both work and personal, to the Christian Brothers in O'Fallon. The office/waiting area is spotless and nice, and the shop area appears to be very clean and organized. The gentlemen in the front office are super friendly, polite, and very helpful. When you drop your car off, the communication and explanation of the diagnostics and repairs needed is outstanding. Text messages are sent updating you on progress. A detailed report is sent to you with photos, videos, what's been inspected, what needs repaired (what doesn't), and the technicians notes explaining everything. If it doesn't answer the question you have, they'll answer it and be friendly and professional when doing so. I've gone to CB in O'Fallon numerous times and will continue to do so. Great business.

I had an appointment w/ them & realized I was going to be late so I called & asked if I could still come & get the service done & the gal told me yes I would just have to wait longer I was completely fine with that since I was the one running late! So I left then when I was getting ready to turn into the parking lot she called me back & told me that now they wouldn't be able to get me in! As you can imagine I was very upset cause I never would have drove there in the 1st place if I'd known the service wasn't going to be done after all!! Very disappointed!!😕 Normally I've always had good experiences w/ Christian Brothers this was a different store I was trying too guess that's what I get for going to a different one??

I recommend this shop to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle! I am very picky about who I let work on my vehicles, and I will definitely be returning to them in the future. The staff was very professional and helpful. They seem to take pride in their work which is becoming more and more rare now a days.

Doug was great to work with. He provided excellent service in both integrity and ease for me. The shop got a lot of work done quickly and faster than my expectations. I’ve worked with a few dealerships in the past and this experience is far, far better. My truck drives like new again. Highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with the service I received. My 2015 Dodge Journey had completely broken down because the battery was dead, and the team made the entire process easy and stress-free. They helped coordinate with the auto service that came to my house to tow my vehicle to the shop. Since I wasn’t going to be home, I was able to leave my key, and everything was handled smoothly from there. Once my car arrived at the shop, they provided a clear and comprehensive breakdown of everything that needed to be done. I also appreciated that they offered third-party financing options, which made the repairs much more manageable. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest and reliable auto service.
